Gerakan ini dipercaya akan menjadi wadah generasi muda NU untuk mencintai NU dan berkiprah menyambut megaproyek di Kulonprogo. Gerakan Ekonomi NU ini dimotori para generasi muda yang tergabung dalam Himpunan Santri Indonesia (Hipsi).

"Hipsi sendiri lahir dan telah menjadi lembaga resmi NU dari pusat yang diteruskan di tingkat wilayah dan cabang. Di Kulonprogo sudah hadir sejak beberapa bulan lalu. Banyak anggota yang sudah memiliki usaha dan rutin menggelar diskusi," terang Ketua Hipsi Suharyanto Waskito.

Para santri NU ini juga siap menyambut megaproyek di Kulonprogo. Mereka akan selalu mendukung program bela dan beli Kulonprogo dengan mengusung bisnis berjamaah. Sebab, banyak potensi NU yang mandiri, yang harus dikelola secara bersama.

Wakil PCNU Kulonprogo Wasiludin memberikan apresiasi atas gerakan ekonomi para santri. Ini menjadi modal bagi rakyat untuk aktif dalam menyambut megaproyek. Hasto mengakui kepemimpinan Gus Dur yang berhasil memajukan ekonomi pesantren dengan sangat luar biasa. Ekonomi berbasis kerakyatan memang harus terus dikembangkan. Salah satunya dengan membangun mental dan ideologi.

"Melawan produk asing saat MEA diberlakukan sangat sulit. Maka butuh ideologi, batik gebleg renteng misalnya, akan menjadi gerakan membangun ideologi dan mampu mengangkat kesejahteraan masyarakat," tuturnya.

Puro Pakualaman Akan Terapkan Community Development untuk PA Ground di Kulonprogo

TRIBUNJOGJA.COM, YOGYA - Paku Alam Ground (PAG) yang sebagian besar dijual oleh Puro Pakualaman untuk pembangunan bandara di Kulonprogo, diminta oleh kubu Anglingkusumo untuk dipertanggungjawabkan.

Sebab penjualan tanah tersebut disinyalir melanggar ketentuan hukum, baik pidana maupun perdata.

Menanggapi itu, Penghageng Urusan Pambudidaya Puro Pakualaman, KPH Kusumo Parasto mengatakan, penjualan tanah untuk pembangunan bandara di Kulonprogo tak melanggar hukum.

Terlebih pembangunan itu merupakan proyek negara dan untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat umum.

"Kalau PAG yang dijual untuk pembangunan bandara karena aturannya begitu. Lagipula kan ini proyek pemerintah dan bukan untuk memperkaya salah satu pihak saja," ucap Kusumo Parasto, Minggu (10/1/2016).

Pun saat pihaknya telah menerima uang dari penjualan PAG di Kulonprogo, lanjut dia, nantinya keluarga besar Puro Pakualaman akan dipanggil untuk membahas terkait penggunaan uang tersebut. Sesuai Undang-undang (UU) nomor 13 tahun 2012 tentang Keistimewaan DIY, Puro Pakualaman yang kini telah berbadan hukum harus menata asetnya dengan baik.

Namun demikian, Kusumo Parasto mengaku bahwa Puro Pakualaman sudah memiliki konsep pemanfaatan uang dari penjualan PAG tersebut. Dikatakannya, Puro Pakualaman ingin mengalihkan pemanfaatan asetnya untuk masyarakat dalam bentuk lain. Tetapi tetap mengedepankan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

"Sekarang ini kita, Puro Pakualaman dan Keraton Yogyakarta dihargai masyarakat dalam tanda petik. Ada hubungan dnegan tanah. Kalau tanah hilang, konstruksinya jadi repot. Maka harus kita alihkan dalam bentuk lain," ujarnya.

Adapun pemanfaatan bentuk lain yang dia maksudkan seperti konsep community development di Thailand. Kusumo Parasto mencontohkan, nantinya Puro Pakualaman memberi benih pohon jati ke masyarakat, kemudian saat dijual dilakukan bagi hasil. Menurutnya cara ini akan menguntungkan bagi kedua belah pihak.

"Kalau kita narik pajak dari tanah Pakualaman kan kecil-kecil. Lagian kasihan kalau ditarik pajak. Nanti kita akan lebih ke sistem bagi hasil, model-model begitu harus dilakukan. Masyarakat dapat, kita juga dapat," jelas Kusumo Parasto.

Istri dari Penghageng Kawedanan Kadipaten Puro Pakualaman versi Anglingkusumo, BRAy Wijoyokusumo berharap, penjualan PAG untuk pembangunan bandara di Kulonprogo harus dipertanggungjawabkan kepada keluarga.

Sebab tanah tersebut merupakan warisan leluhur.

"Harus dipertanggungjawabkan kepada keluarga meski sekarang sudah bergelar Paku Alam X. Ini amanah leluhur, bukan main-main," pesannya. (*)

"Mungkin karena sudah lelah juga,mengantuk,kewaspadaan jadi kurang," ujar Wiyana.

Berdasarkan hal inilah maka Wiyana mengimbau masyarakat untuk lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan berlalu lintas

"Bukan sekadar bisa tarik gas lalu naik motor," jelas Wiyana.

Laka lantas ini umumnya merupakan buah dari pelanggaran-pelanggaran lainnya yakni tidak mengenakan helm atau ketidaan surat izin berkendara.

Sebelumnya Kanit Yasa, Iptu Prio menyatakan bahwa Operasi Lilin 2015 disiagakan di titik-titik rawan ramai,macet dan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Selain daerah rawan, Polres Kulonprogo juga mengerahkan personil di daerah-daerah wisata. Hal ini untuk mengantisipasi tren peningkatan wisata Kulonprogo yang makin meningkat.

Polres Kulonprogo sendiri mengerahkan total 245 personil dari berbagai satgas. Jumlah personil ini juga didukung oleh personil dari polsek sekitar.

Pemkab Kulonprogo Berencana Buka Jalur Baru Antara Calon Bandara Kulonprogo - Magelang

TRIBUNJOGJA.COM, KULONPROGO - Jalur transportasi selebar lebih kurang 14 meter akan dibangun dari perbatasan Magelang menuju wilayah Kulonprogo.

Rencananya, jalur ini membedah perbukitan Menoreh dan bakal menembus kawasan Bandara Baru Kulonprogo.

Hal itu sudah diwacanakan Bupati Hasto Wardoyo sejak beberapa tahun terakhir, rencana tersebut juga sudah disampaikan kepada Kementerian PU.

Meski demikian, saat ini progres dari bagian program Bedah Menoreh itu masih dalam tahap survei ulang.

Kepala DPU Kulonprogo, Sukoco, menyampaikan beberapa rapat terkait program bedah menoreh belakangan digelar bersama pemerintah DIY.

Menurutnya, saat ini sedang proses survei ulang karena sejumlah ruas yang diusulkan tidak memungkinkan untuk diperlebar.

"Kondisi jalan terlalu sempit, sedangkan batas kanan-kirinya berupa tebing gunung dan jurang," kata Sukoco, Minggu (10/1/2016).

Survei ulang itu juga berkaitan dengan ketentuan jalan yang direncanakan. Sesuai ketentuan, jalur yang diharapkan menjadi bagian bedah menoreh tersebut lebarnya lebih kurang 11 meter dan dapat menjadi jalan provinsi.

"Rencana besarnya kan dari utara di Kalibawang batas Magelang menuju Kulonprogo dan Purworejo. Nanti menembus Temon kawasan bandara," lanjutnya.

Beberapa merupakan jalur lama yang harus diperlebar, sebagian harus membangun jalan baru. Pada 2015, menurutnya, sejumlah pembangunan dilakukan Pemkab Kulonprogo menggunakan dana APBD. Namun secara keseluruhan, proyek tersebut diperkirakan harus menelan anggaran lebih dari Rp 100 miliar.

"Jadi kami minta dukungan pusat," katanya.

Sekda Kulonprogo, Astungkoro, membenarkan program bedah menoreh akan menghubungkan kawasan bandara di Kulonprogo dari wilayah Magelang.

Melalui perbukitan di sisi utara Kulonprogo, diharapkan kawasan perbukitan Menoreh itu pun akan lebih hidup. Pasalnya, selama ini jalur di wilayah itu terbilang kurang memadai.

"Ini akan menjadi jalur memotong, selebar 14 meter, menghubungkan Magelang dengan bandara Kulonprogo," ujarnya.

Astungkoro mengatakan pembicaraan antara Bupati Kulonprogo dan Kementerian PU sejauh ini masih dalam konteks proposal.

Rencananya, proyek jalan program bedah menoreh itu akan memakan ratusan miliar rupiah. Astungkoro pun berharap komunikasi dengan kementerian berjalan lancar karena pemkab harus melakukan pembebasan lahan memastikan desainnya. (*)
