Konsekuensinya, pelaksana harus menanggung denda atas inkonsistensi waktu pengerjaan itu. Terhitung 10 hari sejak 5-15 Desember, nilai denda yang harus dibayarkan sebesar Rp2,9 juta per hari atau total Rp29 juta.
